I think it is safe to assume that Maurice was hired, trained, and is supervised by the same incompetent people who "organize" Barrios Unidos. He seems genuienly interested in working with the kids, but doesn't know what he is supposed to be doing with them. He shouldn't be responsible for maintaining the computer network; the network should have been set up properly by competent people in the first place. Having another site coordinator to orient the undergraduate educators would only be useful if this person has authority to make changes when needed. I think it would be more cost efficient if instead of hiring another person, someone already in the organization would take some responsibility for managing the center.
