Hello Eugene, I agree with you wrote about discipline problems. I think that with the specific kid in EPA, a lot of what I experienced and what made class unmanageable with him was that he was acting out a lot of anger about his situation. He took his anger out on me. Even when we were playing games, he would often explode and run out of the class room. I would often find him crying, and I don't think it was because he didn't want to play hangman!! But I know what you mean. I think in many or most cases, the activity which the kids are participating in greatly effects how they act. I think when kids feel like they have a choice in what they're doing and the activities are stimulating to them then they are more apt to be cooperative. Thanks for the message!
