Sharon, Your field notes were very insigtful. You described the characteristics of the kid you interacted with and the activity you two were involved in. I found it really interesting that you noticed how skilled he was at games, rules, strategies, and mathematical calculation. I also want to commend you on your reflections and inquirie of the importance of a comfortable / secure enviornment that is conducive to learning. This is a very important point, and I encourage you to bring it up in class. Other than that, can you elaborate on why you felt this way about the environment. Keep up the good work, Ed.
