The only thing about choosing kids to work with makes it a little unfair. What I noticed is that some kids like to be on their own from time to time, while others like to play with different people or do different activities. Though if there were more of a structure, we could put the kids in to groups and work with them that way. But then again, part of the idea is to let them choose what they want to do and who they want to play with. I think if we let the kids choose their activiteies and let them do that activity, then we can switch off with each other. That way, we won't be with the same group of kids all the time and it gives them an opportunity to get to know all of us as well.
