I was just wondering if anyone else thought the Personal Empowerment article regarding computers in low income families was misguidingly subjective. It only presented the exteme positive effects of the program, showing that the program changed the lives of these low income families. I thought it needed more objective facts regarding how the program worked, the families' progress learning the "basic" computer skills as the first part of the program, and some of the difficulties they had adjusting to using computers. It seems very unlikely that none of \ the participants had problems.
