Hello everybody--
Davis wrote, " The computer games have the benefit/constraint of not allowing the player to make a move that is illegal. Sometimes this has been frustrating for a child because without knowledge of the proper way to play, there is little to do in the game. "
I think it is interesting to consider who/what controls the game rules. My feeling is that when other kids control the game rules they become more meaningful for the newcomer. What do you think? Have you noticed the contrasting examples at Barrios Unidos?
