David, I understand the frustration you must have went through with Manuela and her friend. On Wednesday, I tried to help a girl on the computer (I don't know what her name was). I figured out she couldn't speak English because when I asked her questions, she just looked at me with a strange look. We resorted to pointing at the screen to communicate. When I pointed to where she needed to click, I tried to tell her to only click twice and wait. I guess she was impatient, so she clicked on the icon even more. I was frustrated because the more she clicked on the icon, the longer it took. So I left her alone and the program she wanted eventually came on. She was a happy camper after that (and so was I).
