Hi May--
What a good idea to try games by yourself. It seems to me that you repute the hypothesis that games are too easy for many of the kids and they are get bored. Actually, my observations support your experiment that majority of the BU games are too challenging for the kids. It's interesting to continue the observations.
I want to ask you, did you notice what kind of learning strategies you used while exploring the games? How did you deal with your frustration when things were not going in the direction you wanted them to go? What kinds of learning recourses did you try to use (e.g., reading instructions, asking for help, using "Help" option)? What of your experience can be passed to the kids and how?
