Jesse-- Nice observations about the Zoped! I'm interested in how you taught Victor the strategies. Did you click for him or did you just tell him to think about the numbers and decide whather a mine can be in a certain square? Who was in control of the game at different times?
I think it is important to find out if Victor is still able to play. You shouls tell him to show you that he can. Then you can see if he thinks or just guesses. There are often situations where you can tell.
