I'm glad you wrote a field note concerning your interactions with mine sweeper. It has been my experience that the game is hard to play, and I'd be interested if Victor kept playing on his own. A question that came up was what did you tell Victor, and what did Victor ask that eventually got him playing. In other words, how did you get him to want to play at all? Minesweeper doesn't seem to be as exciting as the other games, especially since it's so easy to make one move and be dead. I'd be interested to know why you think he wanted to play, and how frustrating it was for him.
