Valerie, I was just curious why it didn't feel right when you would try to get kids to not be mad at you? I understand what you meant by not giving in to what kids want when they say they're mad at you. When I use to babysit my little couisns, they used to say that all the time. After a while of puting and not wanting to be my cousin anyore, they calmed down, just like Ana did when she left B.U. Sometimes I don't think kids really know what the feeling of anger is or what they're mad about, so they just want to be mad, not at anything or anyone, but just mad.
