Annie, I know what you mean by the kids not wanting to read directions. I think it's because they just don't want to sit there and read this long thing of directions. Directions can sometimes be long and complicating, with so many words and complicating steps to follow. However, the directions for some of the games are really simple and easy to follow. It boggles me why the kids just don't read those directions instead of quitting a game because they can't figure it out. Maybe some kids feel that if they have to stop and read directions, then that game is too hard of not fun.
